My next toy gonna be PS3!

I wanted to get a mac mini that sits near my 32inch TV in my living room, it would be great if i couuld just do some my programming stuffs or browsing for fun as mac mini is compact enough to be placed near my tv.

Then I was just looking at the new PS3. Looking at the specs with its own harddisk,I wondered if it can be modified like my XBOX console that I can run linux on it. To my surprise, indeed PS3 is supporting linux. Some major linux like fedora core 5 and yellow dog had already run on PS3. Thats damn great!!!

Comparing mac mini or PS3, of cos I would choose PS3, a game console that can turn into Linux, PC or even Mac system!! (errr can mac mini do this? :p ).

ok now before the PS3 launch here in singapore, I better save enough to get the PS3 hahaha…:)... anyway here’s a video clip of fedora core that runs on PS3…. btw… this are legals and approved by sony :). For those who are lucky enough to have the PS3 already head down to the guide to install linux.
